Millennials and K – 12 Education

Known as Millennials, the younger members of this generation now fill our schools, while older Millennials, age 27 and younger, are our newest teachers, voters, and parents. Understanding the unique collective personality of this generation, can help schools capitalize on this generation’s significant strengths and avoid its potential limitations.
